There are so many social networks, which ones would allow me to be most effective in communicating to my customers, as I don't have enough time to join all the ones I know of.

The point of social networks is that they allow you to have conversations. So that means, you should be participating in, or at least listening for conversations relating to your brand, in social networks where your customers are spending their time. As an example, if your targeted audience is high school through millenials, Facebook is an obvious place to be. |
